UMC Announces Leadership Changes
UMC today announced that after six and a half years, Eric Gibson, former president of UMC, has left the company as of January 10, to pursue other opportunities.
Don Tomann, Ultra Machining Company’s Owner and CEO said: “Over the years, Eric and I have worked together to establish UMC’s strategy for growth – with the goal of making sure that we meet our customers’ needs and always deliver superior products. I am grateful for Eric’s past leadership and efforts for UMC and wish him all the best in his future endeavors.”

Owner and CEO, Don Tomann, will continue to lead the company. Jaci Dukowitz, formerly, Director of Operations, Human Resources, Training & Development, Sales and Marketing, was promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer.

Over the past eight years, Dukowitz has helped to grow UMC’s employee base by developing and overseeing innovative programs to create a pipeline of individuals who have exposure and access to opportunities in STEM and manufacturing. She is a Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal 2018 Women in Business Honoree and was named Emerging Leader of the Year in the 2017 Minnesota Manufacturing Awards.
