A Machinist’s Journey at UMC
Aaron Mumbleau is a Level One Mill Turn Machinist. As a student, he toured our state-of-the-art facility and it left a major impression on him so he immediately applied for the UMC apprenticeship program. During this experience, Aaron was able to get a taste of every aspect of our process through hands-on learning in a real manufacturing environment. Upon graduation, he had a better understanding of where he wanted to take his career and was proud to join our team as a full-time machinist.
Aaron’s story doesn’t end there. At UMC, we believe in the importance of education and back that belief by helping our employees obtain the tools they need to succeed.
